rear seat, spare tire, passenger seat. As far as a cheap mod to get a little kick, I dont know of any quick power gains for the track. Maybe make sure your tire psi is lowered a little bit and give it a few runs. My best run in my stock 07 was a 14.3, but I was on 20's.

+1 with kpaul, take out the spare tire(40ish lbs removed,) deflate your rear tires by a few psi and inflate them back up when you are done.

Taking out the seats pretty excessive, for starters the 09's come with an intake I think(they have +15 HP from the factory) soo.

If you really are a good driver, which no high schoolers are. You shouldn't have any problems running into 13's. Stock I ran 13.67 and that was when I was in high school. :P

Practice your launches in a parking lot beforehand. I found that on the stock pirellis that launching over 2,000 RPM's causes you to spin like a mother. And don't smoke your tires before every launch either, a small spin before the first launch is all you need.

it all depends on the track condiditons also. I was able to launch around 3700 rpms because the track was soooo sticky.

For a cheap mod get a set of Mickey Thompson et street tires and you will be in the 13's.

Last I checked with a good driver the car can do 13.4-13.7 in the quarter mile totally stock....I just saw a time slip for a guy that did 13.0 in the quarter mile totally stock

+ 1 to above!!
Make sure you have no more than about 1/4 tank of gas for less weight!! Practice launching it and feather the clutch so you dont spin!!
Go on a diet yourself if you can!! Kidding (eat a burger)
You could always add a drop in K&N filter which would give you like 5 quick horses max!! (50 buck mod)

I was running 13.9 on 19" tires and rims. Get some ET Street Radials, heat them up really wll and you'll be doing at least 13.7.
