As Ford stated, it's more evolutionary than revolutionary. I like the direction Ford went with with the front, but that hood bulge does nothing for me. That hood will make putting Shelby stripes awkward, since the bulge limits the width & spreading of the stripes(makes the Roush stripes the only viable option) and if you add a ram air scoop, you're looking at 2-4 inches of hood height poking through the windshield vision. Both cars have their strong points, but that rearend of the '10 makes me frown, the up-swept angle on the bumpers that makes the car look like 4X4 even when lowered IMO. The Mrs wants a 2010 GT500, so my poor '06 GT must go one day At least the '10 GT500 has that gorgeous front end and hood to offset the smirking Joker back end.......and 540hp!

I agree with all who say they missed the mark. Here are my nitpicks:
- The front is way too busy. Too much going on. The v6 actually looks better than the GT because it is simple. Give the GT buyer the option of the fog lights. They work on the 05-09 design, not on this one.
- The crease in the side is too pronounced. 05-09 have this, but it subtle. There are too many lines on the side with the crease and the fenders and the crease for the scoop. Too much.
- The back....... nuff said. What the hell happened there. Did the designers just give up? It looks like they said, "Well, since we changed the rest of the car, we might as well do the back. But, let's let the blind community help us." C'mon. You gotta make this better for the '11 model. I suggest going back to the 05-09 design as used by the Parnelli Jones edition. That looked great!
- The interior. LOVE IT! Can I buy a full 2010 dash and fit it in my '06? This is what my model needed... not crazy disco lighting.

Does anyone know if they put an inside trunk release on the new car?

These are just my opinions. I welcome any feedback.
