Borla Stingers?

My Stang isn't my DD and the Stingers do have some drone around 1500-1800 RPM. Personally, it doesn't bother me or my g/f and I use the Stang for long trips in good weather. After more than 26,000 miles on the Stingers, I love them. Some here don't care for the drone. If you have a manual, it's easy to get out of the drone range IF it bothers you.

mine's not a daily driver but I really like the quality of sound that they give. I've already decided that when I sell my existing Mustang (for a GT500), I'll be installing another pair on the new one

The Stingers were ok, I got a set with the intentions of getting an o/r H, I put the stingers on after I already had my Macs on for about a year and they stayed on for an hour before the Macs were back on. Not loud enough for me and sounded almost too clean if that makes sense. IMO macs are the best but its up to you

Steeda's same sound and made by Borla?
Are the Steeda's made by Borla, and have the same sound, just stamped for Steeda?
And are much cheaper?
Just what I've seen on these boards, and from my local Steeda shop....
I'm considering this also.

I have my borla's on my convertible DD. Very nice sound. If you are planning on Gears recommend the 4.10's so the drone is out of range for cruising speed. Drone can be annoying in long trips if you travel in the drone zone.

Because most people dont know the frpps are made by borla. Plus the tips on the borlas are 4" while the frpps are 3.5". People also like the borla name stamped on there more than Ford Racing, I guess.
