This thread is gonna get me in trouble, but what the hell...
Recently I was talking with a local Club Member about her "New" '03 Cobra. She was rather excited, and was rather eager to show it off with good reason. It was very well maintained, had under 10K on the OD, and had pretty obviously never seen so much as a raindrop. I asked her some innocent questions about performance, handling, etc. and to which she gave some rather generic reply's, at which time she looked at me with her big brown eyes and said...
"Do you know if these came with front or rear wheel drive?"..."I haven't looked yet."
I smiled, said rear and swallowed the bile and vomit that had just been regurgitated in my mouth.
Oh well...

My neighbor a few houses down has a V6. We see each other outside one day and he says he likes my car and wants to see the engine because he can hear the whine when I pull into the driveway. So we start talking and I tell him it has a Vortech in it. I pop the hood, he looks at it and says..."are you sure that's not a Turbo?"
...ummm yeah..I'm fairly certain its not.
Same guy, same conversation...he's asking why dont I have duals, a wing, louvers, his V6 does,...I tell him I like the stock look.
He says..."oh kinda like a creeper"

I can't really think of any that have happened to me personally right now, but I remember a story somebody told on here about having some girls in his car and his GPS booted up and the FORD logo came on and one of the girls said "Ford? I thought this was a Mustang."
