Default BMR ADJUSTABLE UCA

Hy anybody install the bmr adj. uca and use the stock mount. I would like to know if we have to use any spacers or does everything bolt in ok. And if there were problems afterwards.....

Thanks

why would there be problems and why would you need something that does not come with it

Installed it and had nothing but problems. First there was the clunking was told by BMR I needed a stepped spacer from Steeda. Ok great A holes if I need one them do you not think you should include it.

"Stepped Spacer Details
This spacer is designed to fix the problem with the OEM upper link. At the attachment point for the upper link to the chassis mount Ford uses a 14mm bolt, but the opening in the mount is 16mm. This is not typically a problem with the OEM mount as it uses a soft hydra mount bushing to soften this. But once an aftermarket upper is installed with a urethane bushing can transmit this noise or clunk. This space can be installed with all aftermarket upper that still use a 14mm bolt. The stepped spacer takes up the slop and eliminates all noise from the upper. Note, it does work with aftermarket chassis mounts with smaller then 16mm bolt holes."

So then the clunk half way goes away and I now have rattling like something is lose. I had it in the shop 3 times for this crap and finally said screw it ans purchased a Steeda UCA with the mount. Got my car back today and there was no clunking and no rattle. I still have BMR parts on my car but am not a fan and wouldnt buy anything from them again. I learned and will only by from folks like Steeda that know their products. Heres the link to the Steeda UCA kit.
