I'm looking into purchasing a CAI/Tuner combo from Bamachips but I'm not sure which one to get. I'm looking at the C&L/Xcal combo for 679.00 or the JLT/Xcal combo for 549.00. I use the car as a DD and I plan on getting the 87 perf, 91 torq and 91 race tunes.

They are both great setups, and perform about the same. It's all a matter of choosing the one that you like.

The tune is the most important thing. Other than that, an intake is pretty much an intake. I think the JLT looks better than the C&L, but why not go with the Bullet? I think Brenspeed has it pretty cheap, and I think it's the best looking.

I picked up a like new JLT and XCal II from Ebay for $240 shipped. Then I paid my tuner $20 for a tune (Friend...woulda been $75 I think is what he charges, he's good though)
