Question about headlights

in April I talekd to a guy from Ford who wa visiting NY Metro dealerships and give lectures to salesmen about new Mustang. I asked about HID and he said I could ordered them from Ford. Ford website says about 2010 availablility but this is what this guy said. I didn't order them anyway so I don't know how it works.
