I just received my X3 and was planning to install my CAI and tune tomorrow but when I connect the X3 to my computer it says "Filesystem not found please reload"

have any of you seen this and how is it fixed?

also does this mean the custom tunes are missing?

Why are you connecting the X3 to your computer? If you purchased the X3 thru them, they should have asked you for some car info and pre-load the tunes into the X3. Assuming that's the case, then just plug the X3 to your PCM and follow the screen instructions to upload a tune.

When I connected it to the car is the first time I saw the error message

I called SCT and after reloading the firmware a few times they formated the MMC card
that fixed the problem.

and now I'm waiting on b a m a to e-mail me my tunes
