Bullitt or base 2010?
Hey guys I just checked out a loaded 2009 Mustang GT today and liked it a lot. But it looks like the payments are going to be more than I feel comfortable with. The dealer did mention that maybe I could get a base 2009 GT, but that's not really what I wanted. But that got me thinking about looking elsewhere for some deals and I found a black 09 Bullitt for about a grand less and also a 2010 black GT base with the 3.73 gears for slightly less. "If" they can do a little better with discounts or trade-in seeing they are a larger dealership, which would you guys go for? I do like the looks and upgrades of the 2010, but not sure about the cloth seats. The Bullitt looks like a nice car. I don't really care for the way the front bumper sticks out and not sure about the dash, but it is very sleek and understated which fits my style and comes pretty much loaded with the leather seats and short-throw shifter and the exhaust sounds good. Although the 2010 supposedly sounds better from the inside and is newer. But the Bullitt may hold its value better being a limited production model. Performance wise it should be a toss-up as I believe they both have the exact same engine and cold air intake, but not sure about the exhaust and weight. My other option is to keep my Spec-V for another year or so until its paid off and hopefully get a premium stang, but it needs a battery soon and new tires before winter at the latest. Any thoughts?

I think you should keep your current car for at least a few more months until dealers are willing to sell their GTs for invoice. i personally think the bullitt looks really plain while i love the 2010 stangs. But if you must get a car now, id go with the 2010 and wait til take off leather seats are available and buy them for around 250 and your set. I am not sure though if premium and deluxe GTs have different gauge clusters like the 05-09 mustangs.
