How do u remove the aluminum door sill plates?

Are you trying to remve just the aluminum part or the entire sill plate?
The entire sill plate is a "grab and pull up" move. It is held in by a couple of clips and some have some double face tape on them (mine didn't have the tape).

If you are just pulling up the aluminum plate then you need to pry up on one end and slide a scraper beneath it to separate it away from the double sided tape. You must be carefull not to pull it up to hard because it bends easily. If you are replacing it with a new one, then it doesn't matter. It's only held on with tape.

the stock ones are the best out there actually, unless you want me to make you custom one. I'm having a really good interior guy design my interior
