Default Best jack for a lowered car?

I've got the Ford racing springs on my car and its a real pain getting both sets of tires off the ground. I was wondering if anyone knew of a jack that was low enough to get under the front (around 4.5") and long enough to reach the pumpkin from the back. I know, I know, I shouldnt lift from the pumpkin. I'll be careful. Thanks for your help!

I just pull the front up onto a couple pieces of 2x4, then the jack will make it under my spoiler (barely)

just pick up a couple car ramps from walmart for like 40 bucks or so....then you can jack it up if needed from there......I have the sportline springs and it works wonders

a couple of pieces of 2 x 6" work great or a even 2 pcs of 5/8th ply wood one on top of each other work

I have a low profile jack and use to get it under the pumpkin to change my tires. Man was that a PITA!! The pumpkin is so far under that I could only pump the jack a couple of inches at a time. I got frustrated with that and just started jacking from under the frame rails, one side at a time. Jacking each side, one at a time is soooooo much faster than trying to get the jack perfectly under the pumpkin and jacking it up a couple inches at time. I'm telling you, you will spend a lot more time trying to get the jack perfectly center and jacking only a couple of inches at time rather than doing one side at a time.

I'm on ford springs too. My wife bought me some ramps from Auto Zone. Works like a champ. Better than a jack IMO because your nice and high off the ground, and your as stable as being on jack stands. $30 or so.
