Default Oil Leak

It wasn't till i changed my oil that i noticed there was oil drips underneath my car.

At the bottom of the lowest part of the bell housing there were a few drops of oil. It seems to be coming from one of the screws that holds the oil pan on that is adjacent to the transmission.

Is this normal, has it happened to anyone else. Any ideas on a fix?

Silicon for temp fix. Then when you drain it again use grip tight on that screw. Have you tried tightening it yet?
