I didn't read every last word of this thread so excuse me if you mentioned this - Did you purge any old 87 oct from you tank before installing the tune? I run a tank of 93 oct and refill before installing (or reinstalling) the 93 tune.

I have both the 93 Brenspeed and Bama Race tunes. I like the Bama, but like the Brenspeed even more. I do switch back and forth occassionally between the two, just for a change of pace.

Vaporstang, yes I did. I am running the 91 tune right now. After filling the next fill up I may try the 93 tune again.

Brenspeed/Brian, thanks so much for calling me. Like I said the car is running really smooth and good power WITH THE WIRING HARNESS ON and Granatelli mass air sensor. Go figure! I'm going to take a 150 mile trip tomorrow. Going to ride there with the 91 tune like it is now. Might switch to a 93 tune to see how that goes. Almost scared to change it though. Thanks so much for calling me. How about that folks, Brenspeed called me, I didn't call them after reading my problems on this forum. They want me taken care of. Thanks Brenspeed.

Has anybody heard from Doug @ Bama lately? It's been more than 3 weeks and he still hasn't sent my tunes, I followed up with him a little over a week ago and nothing...

Both Matt and Caleb who work at bamachips post regularly on www.s197forum.com. You could try to reach them over there.
