i thought about it, but knowing my luck, between the time it takes for me to get the new nuts and to go back to the dealer to take off the locks i would probably get a flat tire and be stranded somewhere
that, and probably later today i will find the key somewhere in my garage

The tires will operate fine with just 4 lug nuts each
unless you drive like a nut.
