Default TPMS/removal of tires, caliper paint

Is there any special care in removing the tires from my 08 GT/CS?

They have TPMS ( tire pressure monitoring system) , I need to do some touch up paint on the brake Calipers ASAP ( chips, cracks etc.)

I don't wanna go mucking up anything I should'nt concernign the sensors.

Also, I used the red Duplicolor paint kit with the brush. What brand lasts the longest?
This one looks good but shows distress in less then a year.

Yes you do have to be careful in removing the tires. The sensor is mounted on a band around the inside of the rim near the front of the rim. It's not that big but it is susceptible to damage.

The sensors are located 180 degrees from the valve stem on the inside of the rim. If your just removing the wheels from the car, then your good, there is nothing to worry about. If your taking the tires off the wheels then just take some care when breaking the top bead of the tire.

noice.. thanks for the reassurance. I just need to take the wheels off to re-paint the calipers.

Also, thanks for the PDF 157db...
