I'm just wondering how long it typically takes for Brenspeed to send out newly ordered e-mail tunes?

I ordered mine on Friday June 19th and I still haven't received it. I called for a status update on Monday and they said I should have received it at the latest by Tuesday evening (last night) but still haven't received anything.

From my understanding Brenspeed is typically reliable, but I'm just curious to see if anyone else had to wait this long...

They are norm very quik with everything...once in a while they might get backed up because they waited on hardware from a vender.....call em back, be polite, not saying U ain't (works for me anyway) and they will be happy to fix the problem..or find it.

when i order mines it took 11 days for them to send it.if you spoke with them and said it should had been there yesterday i would give them a call.i needed a retune for the cmdp last week and took them 4 days to send it.they are in the process of moving to the new location so that could play a role in the time delay.

They emailed mine as promised. Did you confirm email address with them? Is you email set up to recieve attachment? I had an issue with Hotmail where I couldn't receive attachments.

I just got a reply from them and they told me that they do not make tunes for the diablosport predator, only for the SCT.

I just wish I would have known that beforehand instead of waiting around for 2 weeks to find that out.

No biggie, I guess I'm just going to have to go with Bamachips instead...

And, you can only use the "moving" excuse for so long. Your not making money if your spending time "moving" for months. You can only ride that pony for so long.

I ordered MAC mufflers and they were shipped next day.

I ordered my cam parts on June 25 and my tunes were updated June 26 and the parts arrived on July 1.
