I need a bike rack for my 06 GT with stock spoiler. The store bought ones rest on the spoiler, so it's a no go.. Anyone have one that fits with spoiler?

Not sure how much biking you do... But on my 1998 I put a hidden hitch on it and then got a hitch mounted bike rack. Keeps the bike rack off the car and the bikes off the car. It's stronger so there is not a rack rubbing on your paint as the straps come loose while driving.

I am also getting one for the 2010 when it gets here in a few weeks... Cost moe to begin with..but I found it well worth the cost myself.

Yea, that is plan B but I'm trying plan A for now until my trek gets here mid next week.

I hear this one may work, they have pics of it on a car with a spoiler.

some people like to skip directly to step 6

1. Open trunk.

2. Remove spoiler mounting nuts.

3. Pry spoiler off.

4. Use the four holes to mount bike rack.

5. Get head examined.

6. Go buy a PU Truck
