Here is how they look installed... this is my buddies GT. They are cool and supposed to be functional, but I'm not sure they really add much performance value.

By the way, the fact that there is a Camaro and another Mustang in the photo is purely coincidence! I just happened to be trying to take an 'artistic' photo of his car in my mirror and low and behold... the others were there!

Have you seen this from another forum? Whipple with a shaker scoop. He had a CDC shaker and then went whipple, so already had a hole in hood.

Pictures about half way down http://s197forum.com/forum/showthrea...t=12001&page=6

Same guy... http://s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18155

You may be better off with a heat extractor hood, but I think his looks bada$$... but I obviously like the shaker look, went from cdc shaker to supershaker.

I think you should just get a new hood.....mine is heat extracting and has CAI capabilities....but obviously you'll need to fork out more money than just conjuring up some sort of hood scoop. Adding a new/different hood adds alot of personality to the car as well....just my .02
