Believe me I know. Oh well. You have to learn each local shop one way or another..

Better on my GT than on my new Shelby

how the hell do you put brakes on backwards? Um... does the metal side of the pad touch the rotor... or is it the pad material that has to touch the rotor? What a bunch of retards. I would expect that from the walmart auto shop, not a well known performance parts shop.

I think it might have been the rotors but still...

Why did you regret the CTRs? Was it the rims? or the Chrome?
If I had a black GT, I would definitely get Gunmetal CTR rims.

I have the black ones now and absolutely love them.

You're not alone there. I have read several complaints about Steeda's customer service.

Blackout panel from Krowbe on E-bay. Junked it as totally impossible to work with. Not much of a loss though.

How about "semi-regret"? Wheelskin side scoops. They don't look bad although up-close they look a bit cheap but they look better than none. It's simply that there are other, better looking scoops out there.

Unhappy Regret...

I regret buying a black car in ARIZONA!!!

It was stupid, but it was the only 5 speed v8 I could find at 6 different dealerships.

Anyhow, the Cervini's body kit is held on with double stick tape in several locations. Well double stick tape out here is worthless on a black machine.

The exhaust skirting warped from heat & I had to buy new ones & mount with custom brackets. I have had 2 rear 1/4 window covers fly off on the freeway (not driving excessive speeds either) The double stick tape holding the rear skirt/bumper cover? has all failed & there are ugly gaps.
Oh, and the stock Cervini's rear wing warped all over the place when the double stick tape failed. I even had 4 screws in it & it just bowed. I have since replaced with a roush wing & it works considerably better, but still is lifting at the corners.

I'll NEVER buy a black car again! In a few years, I'll probably get mine painted silver or white.

Performance mods, I don't regret any of them.

That's a great car. Seems like your only regret should be living in Arizona.

When i had my old New Edge, I installed ONE glasspack and sounded like rice for about two weeks. I finally bought two magnapacks, installed with turndowns and loved the new sound. I miss her

I also regretted installing shorty headers. Waste of $$$
