Bama vs Tillman dyno pulls interesting results...
So I had a couple dyno pulls done, no tuning or anything, just one pull then the other. First I had a pull made with the Bama tune, now I had this tune ever since I gotten my Bullitt CAI, I had emailed and said no changes would be need with my exhaust (JBA shorties, Magnaflow catted X, Mid muffler) So here is the result:
It's running pretty lean to the point where he didn't want to do another pull, so so much for shorties plus my other exhaust not needing a tune.
Now I had though this might happen so I ordered a tune from Tillman and told him about my exhaust and CAI, so maybe he factored that in, it is also a 92 octane tune opposed to Bama's which is a 93.
Here is the Tillman tune:
The Tillman tune looks about spot on for A/F
Now I'm not blaming anyone but all that exhaust changes must have added up to something. I wish I had made more power, but it was raining so it was quite humid, I have 20's on, and being an auto he couldn't lock the converter so that added up to some loss I'm sure.
