I have a White 2005 Mustang GT with tan colored leather seats. Do you think it would look good if I tinted the windows?
Oh, and how many of you have or plan to tint your windows?

I think all colors of the new Mustang look better tinted. Mine is 40% on the side windows and 5% on back.

I too think the windows look great tinted... but I don't plan to tint mine... the roof is probably gonna be down an aweful lot, and tint would be wasted...

With the black car and black leather interior in Florida, that was the first thing I had done. I had it done as dark as legal in Florida. Not sure of the percentages.

I'm at 5% on the back 3, and 22% on the doors. No regrets... looks great and it's much cooler.

I plan on getting mine done as soon as I find a tinter that will do the extra treatment needed to tint over the dot-matrix on the window edges and add the felt cover to the interior window rubber on both the driver and passenger sides. Whatever Nevada legal limit is, I think 25%

I prefer dark tint but I went with light tint because my vision is impaired with the dark. By the way my car is the tan interior and it looks awesome.

Had mine tinted but the legal limit here is 32%...not near as dark as I wanted it.

I went with 35% on the back 3 windows. That's the legal limit in California. I use a sun shade in the windshield area when parked in the sun for more than 1/2 an hour.
I also make sure to carry a copy of the receipt for the legal tint in the glove box in case some john-law gets over-enthusiastic. You'd think not, with all the expensive SUVs here in movie town and their tints which are clearly illegal! But this car does stand out, what with the color, the rumble from the exhaust and the inevitable tire squeeling!
One thing about adding tint: since adding a layer of film to the glass I notice some distortions when viewing people's headlights in my rearview mirror at night. Is that normal? Or did my eye doctor botch my Lasic surgery?
