Tires/Wheels going on today....finally!
Hey guys,
My new 18 inch Dunlop 9000 Series tires and Chrome Bullitts (another who has copied Don, hehe) are being fitted today outside my house.....I can hardly wait as it has taken sooooo long to get the wheels here!
I ordered the Wheels from partshopper.com and they arrived last week - 4 boxes all the way from Alabama to England.......however - one of the boxes said 24 offset and my heart sank....then I opened it to find a different wheel (the others are 36 offset)......I was soooo upset/angry as I tell people when ordering that its coming ALONG WAY so you MUST make sure you pick the right stuff in warehouse, etc when sending it out! Anyways....the company (owner Mike) told me they would only send out the new one to New York as thats where the others had been sent on route to England (I used a 'US Agent for shipping) - I explained to him that this is only cost efficient if sending alot of stuff and this would cost me money......in the end he agreed to send it direct from Alabama into London
He also said to keep the other wheel as its not cost effective to send it back across the Atlantic ($104 even with USPS and you dont wanna be using them for chrome wheels!!!) so I now have a chrome wheel I will never use.....any ideas of what to do with it??
I have a mobile service from Kwik Fit this afternoon and will post pictures as soon as they have finished fitting new tires/wheels - I LOVE these wheels!!!

I am almost certain that don has 17's.....as for myself - I have 285/40/18 at the back and 255/45/18 at the front.....its just finished and I am waxing car tonight - once I get it looking gleaming I will post some pictures - I love these wheels though, even better in person than just looking at other peoples cars on the website!!!!!!!
