Default Whats this for? (Overhead interior light)

I recently bought a 2008 GT/CS and while poking around learning what things do, I noticed these:

They are in the overhead interior light, I cant seem to find out what they are for... I am sure anybody know?

Maybe its a government spy camera...?

I believe more like a transducer to detect pressure changes due to sounds such as breaking glass. If you have the active alarm system, the transducers can be seen behind the openings.

They are discussed in the Owners Manual. Despite popular belief, the Owners Manual will NOT burst into flames if exposed to light and the human eye...

Wrongo Nukeo

Those are ultrasonic transducers (2) for the Ford Anti-theft feature...

They send out ultrasonic chirps and listen for the reflected sound.
Any changes in the normalized reflected sound and an alarm occures...
