Mine is not a coyote, it's a 4.6 3 valve stroked to a 302.
JDM engineering makes the only 302 stroker that's actually a 302 (that I know of). Most others are 298's. If I'm spending all that money on a stroker motor, I'll take the extra cubes thank you very much. I see ford has a new 302 stroker block for 3 valves. It's not really a 302 either

Have you heard of anyone putting a 5.0L Coyote in a 4.6L Mustang body? Is it too big a hassle? I'd rather have my '08 body style with a 5.0L Coyote with a Roush Supercharger (575 HP) than buy the new body style. I like the look of your car more than a 2014, although they are nice. I'm an old school guy I guess & prefer the old '69 look! Of course if I had any sense I'd just enjoy what I have since it has zero problems and just turned 10K miles! Duh!

Interesting! I just assumed it was a Coyote transplant!

I'm sure somebody has done it, but I don't know anything about what it would take, which is the reason I didn't do it. Sure is easier to make power with the 4 valve....

3 Valves can go fast too....here is my buddy's turbo 3 valve fresh off the trailer with a new combination:
I too have a new combination I'll be trying out this weekend.
I hope to go MUCH faster...but probably not quite this fast.
