This kinda makes me mad.
I recently made a car domain page and i was looking at other s197's and 3 people made claims of 380-400 rwhp with the basic bolt-ons. No supercharger, turbo, or cams. Has anyone ever seen this.

Yeah that's impossible.
I've built complete bolt on cars before and we went as far as to do every bolt on possible except for the next C&L intake manifold (no nitrous or methanol), even change the diff fluid to synthetic and go with a light weight drive shaft because those mods resulted in 3 more horsepower to the ground.
If you subtract the gains of cams from the results you're not even close to 380RWHP, and we had a stroker kit.

They probably have turbonators and several TB spacers stacked.
So if the turbonator gives 30HP as claimed and a TB spacer gives 10HP then:
340rwhp (full bolt ons + NSR cam) + 30 + 10 + 10 (assuming two spacers) = 390 rwhp.
