Pypes long tube headers

Pypes long tube headers
In my search for headers for my '07 I originally was going to buy some MACs and a prochamber. However, MACs have been on backorder for 5 months.
I have been talking with the guys at Brenspeed, and they recommend Pypes over anything else they sell (bang for the buck wise at least) as they are 304 stainless and yield very nice results.
So, does anyone out there have any feedback regarding the quality of the Pypes headers, OR any comments about how your install of them went? There doesn't seem to be any posts out there on this subject
Also, how does Pypes LTs with either a catted or o/r H with Stingers sound?
Any input at all would be helpful! Thanks a ton.

When I was looking into buying headers I read lit of posts of people saying they had a hard problem doing the install for them. At that time Brenspeed told me the same but I was still suspicious. If u wanna try them out go ahead but other research showed that pypes don't offer same hp as AR, kooks, or even macs. If u decide to do it let us know how it hoes.

Brenspeed's Position
ok, now I'm really confused. The guys at Brenspeed have never steered me wrong in the past, but what most of you are sayin is the opposite of what I'm hearing from them. Here's what one of their e-mail replies said:
"As far as headers go...I would take a look at the
Pypes Headers, as they are by far the best header for the money. 304
stainless and awesome fitment and finish as well."
His next e-mail said this:
"To be honest with you the ceramic coating is pretty overrated. You aren’t going to notice any of the difference between the two and the ceramic coating only lasts for so long before it starts to flake off. I definitely recommend the Pypes over the two because they are stainless and the MAC exhaust is mild steel and will rust after time. ... Like I said, I highly recommend this setup over the MAC setup as it is wayyyy better quality. "
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to call someone wrong... I jsut wanna know which to buy!!!
Thoughts???

Maybe brenspeed meant quality to price they are really good, but from what I previously read pypes haven't been out for a very long time, and they weren't tested like other headers.
I don't think brenspeed would try to steer you wrong, I guess they did test them out and found out they are better than MAC, so go for it I guess.
Only thing I could think of, maybe the pypes changed the way they make their headers making their fitment better, which was the original issue with them.

Well, I think they're saying 1. for the price-great and 2. they're nice b/c they're stainless and you can't argue with that.
I'm just speaking from experience as although the price is right and it's stainless the fitment and overall quality is poor
I have to agree though, having bought almost everything from Brenspeed, they wouldn't steer you wrong
