Took about 20 minutes of actual work.......pretty easy disconnect battery let it sit for roughly 30 minutes. take out center of the steering wheel(airbag) by removing the bolt on each side. Take the center bolt out, remove wheel. Install in reverse order..I did torque the center bolt.

On those instructions it is saying to pop off the center, Which is the airbag I guess. Is that correct? Where are the two bolts on the side? Under the airbag?

There are to black caps on each side right in the middle of the center part of the wheel. Pop those out with a screw driver and then the bolts will be exposed. Make sure you disconnect the battery and make sure the power is fully discharged out the system. Last thing you want is an airbag blowing up in your face.
