Got the car around end of Nov... And As of now have a lil ove 3,000 miles
The car has been back to the deal over 6 times few times cause the radio was broken 2 times cause they blew out a light and couldn't find the issue
its 30 miles from my house to the dealer and the last time the scratched the side of my car.
So i think the right thing to do is replace the bezel and ac controls. Wore case i will wait for this Scosche 2010 mustang kit looks hot But i realy wanted a factory radio
1. for sync
2. for Travel Link from sirius
3. all the cool apps coming for the sync pandora twitter app

I would try and push them to put in the factory system. U have waited long enough. Was this on your sale amendment when you purchased?

And while you're at it, call 800-392-3673. That's the Ford Customer Relationship Center (CRC). Tell them what your dealer did to you, and ask the agent to escalate it to someone who can help you, and request a call-back from the person they escalate it to. They can help you with
