The AVIC was better than the 2009 Nav system. But trust me it is not better than the system in the 2010

Got the car around end of Nov... And As of now have a lil ove 3,000 miles
The car has been back to the deal over 6 times few times cause the radio was broken 2 times cause they blew out a light and couldn't find the issue
its 30 miles from my house to the dealer and the last time the scratched the side of my car.
So i think the right thing to do is replace the bezel and ac controls. Wore case i will wait for this Scosche 2010 mustang kit looks hot But i realy wanted a factory radio

1. for sync
2. for Travel Link from sirius
3. all the cool apps coming for the sync pandora twitter app

I would try and push them to put in the factory system. U have waited long enough. Was this on your sale amendment when you purchased?

Good for you that it has the value stated in the contract. Any solution yet?

And while you're at it, call 800-392-3673. That's the Ford Customer Relationship Center (CRC). Tell them what your dealer did to you, and ask the agent to escalate it to someone who can help you, and request a call-back from the person they escalate it to. They can help you with ing the dealer.

That number again is 800-392-3673.

That is the same cost the dealer was gonna charge me to add the Factory Nav to a non-factory Nav vehicle on the lot... make them give you the right damn system!!
