Default Decreasing carbon build up.

Next weekend I am going to attempt to change my spark plugs without breaking any. I know the OEM plugs have a problem with breaking upon removal due to the carbon build up.

So what I am wondering is, Is there anyway to decrease the carbon build up in the motor? Would seafoam help or is there any other product to put in the crankcase or gas tank that would help? I know pb blaster in the spark plug hole works from the outside but is there anyway to help from the inside?
