Let us know how these work out for you. I have been debating on those pypes headers for months now.

I got the Kooks from Brenspeed, and am very happy with them. No fitment problems, or leaks at all.

Well after heavily consulting with Dave and Chandler at Brenspeed I ordered the Pypes headers, especially after considering all the positive things they had to say about them quality and install wise. Sorry guys but from all the info I just couldn't justify spending the extra 600 plus bucks for Kooks. Brenspeed knows there stuff so I trust them. Headers should be here Monday. Hopefully I will have them installed by the middle of next week. Really looking forward to my engine flowing free especially since the cam install. I will definitely post a review.

Congrats man, good luck with the install. I'm very interested to hear about your performance gains and fitment of them.

Just to ease your worries, we would not sell a product if its quality, fitment, performance, and the products customer service was not exceptional and beneificial. We not only sell this product because of its quality and great fitment, but also because they are very affordable. They are T-304 polished stainless steel header so long term longivity is not an issue. We not only sell they but they are installed on both Chandlers 2006 GT and our 2010 Saleen 435S.

Please don't take this the wrong way, we have run and loved the Kooks but in this business we have to test all the parts before we sell them.

We don't have that selection added on the site yet but we have created a catted H and X pipe. The kit is very nice and is available in either a ceramic or metallic version. Give us a call and we can get you the catted version.

Going with some CAI and LT's what type of gains can one expect on a stock set up w/tune? Can the tune focus on bottom end torque? They Pype's set up w/off road looks very attractive price wise.

Congrats man, hope everything fits well and there are no issues. I'll sit waiting eagerly for a review.

BTW, I love my Kooks. I got free ceramic coating on mine as well as free shipping so I didn't mind spending a little more for good brand. Everything I've read about headers (and most other performance mods) basically comes down to, you get what you pay for.
