My 2011 GT order sheet
#61
For the comment about a 2010 with 3.73s putting up a good race with a 2011 auto.. that's like me saying I would do well against a 2010 with my mods*. In a sense you are right.. but after 40 mph.. it's no contest (more HP wins).
*HP difference is about the same between 05-10 GT (300-315hp) to 5-10 V6 (210 HP) and 10 GT (315hp) to 11 GT (400hp).

Problem is, with that tall first gear, the computer probably only holds it for 2 milliseconds. I've driven autos w/ tall first gears and no sooner than you step on the gas, it's shifting to second. Really takes all the fun out of it.

Nice build sheet, but I do have to comment that you paid $800 over invoice.
The invoice total is $35,355 from that page and you're paying $36,105. Now, if you're cool with that, that's fine, but if the dealer told you you're only paying $200 over invoice, he's full of crap when the numbers are staring at you right in the face there.

The best chow I can remember was in tech school at Lowry AFB, Denver CO (a long time ago..). We shared the same building with the cooks, and they practiced on us. The breakfast was always good. The worst has to be the army chow I get here at Patch Barracks. I'm told by the Navy brethren I work with that the chow submariners get is gourmet quality, especially in the Chiefs Mess.

I can't wait to order my '11, especially since selling my last mustang. Almost put pen to paper earlier this week at the dealer but I still want to wait to test drive a new one, just one of those things I guess, still no doubt it will be awesome. I still have to decide on options and color, can't decide between gold and kona but without a doubt a stick with the track pack.
But the dealer said they should be rolling out of the factory this summer, june/julyish, maybe sooner if Ford gets enough orders early enough.
And with the chow, USN and AF definitely a close battle for best but the best I ever had was at Keesler AFB, great chow hall. The worst easily when I was stationed at Ft Gordon, Army chow, so much worse than even desert food. I almost would rather have an MRE alot of the time.
