Default Checkout what the Germans pay for a Mustang GT

Dropped my car off at the authorized Ford Dealer here in Stuttgart this morning and was surprised to see a 2010 GT on the showroom floor. Nice car, with similar options to mine, however I have a few more. Made my way to the sticker and holy shat, well, that was my reaction. See images below. I'll let you do the Euro to $ conversion. I DO like the wheels though. Very nice, especially with the white.

That's a lot of money for a stang (over 50k in dollars) The when you factor in the VAT tax and how much they have to pay for gas, wow. It's funny when I was at Ramstein I would go to the dealer in K-town and I never once saw a Mustang there.
P.S. I have to disagree with you on the wheels, they make me want to puke, black wheels are just ugly IMO.

Yep, that's a pile of dough. At the current rate, about $62k, but the 19% VAT is already included, I think. For fuel, they pay around 1.40 Euro per liter, which roughly equates to $7.50 a gallon ATM.

Europeans pay a lot more for cars compared to the US. Start looking at the prices in Euros of some of the sports cars and you'll crap your pants.

Housing, food, and cars aren't cheap in Germany. I really don't know how they make ends meet. The silver lining I guess is that Beer IS cheap, woohoo!

That is nuts, I wonder what an average salary is over there because I know cost of living is real high. I mean yeah, $60k is a lot for a car, but if you are making $100k then maybe it isn't so bad. But still damn that is a lot.
