I have the same setup on my 06 GT, Brentsped 93, Flowmasters and off road H from pypes. I put on everything with just basic hand tools, very easy to do. I think Tacobill has a write up on how to do a H pipe install, go write up with pictures. I did not have any issues with the check engine lights with this setup. I talked to bretsped before getting the off road H pipe and the tune already turns off the O2 scensors.

After about 200 miles I take off my off road pipe and put my cats back on as it was a little to loud for me on the inside of the car, but sounds great outside the car. I have now added some dyno mat to my doors and trunk in hopes of cutting down some of the noise as it can wear on you if you are in your car for more than a hour. Just by adding a little dyno mat, it has helped a bunch. I'm planning on taken out my carpet and seats in the couple months and added some more dyno mat to the floor board and I may put my H pipe back on.
