Default FRONT PLATE MOUNTED NO BOLTS

Bent the top edge of the plate , rivited soft aluminum strips to the top bolt holes . Slid the plates between the bottom of the bumper and the lower facia then bent the aluminum around the top of the facia. You can do it without bending the plate . FRONT PLATE MOUNTED NO BOLTS-joe-mash-sr-008.jpg

I was going to get a motorized license plate holder, which slides under but getting wheels are now my first priority.. yeah..

Looks like you got it to work for ya. I was thinking of just double sided tape if I really had to heh.

plus, in the last year or 2, TxDOT has been publicizing their dislike for the word Texas being blocked in any way. If the bend/fold cuts off "Texas" in any way, they can potentially give us a ticket for that. The law that supposedly passed regarding this, however, was mostly talking about frames around the plate. I don't think anybody really thinks about bending the plate.

I had mine on Black Bungee straps with felt on the back and I would put it on when I was driving and take them off for shows. Eventually I just got the bracket that slides under the car. I picked it up from Blue Oval for about $50. They have the motorized ones also if you're into gadgets.
