I'm running the pypes long tube headers and pypes o/r hpipe. No leaks and very well designed. I called Brenspeed about them when I saw them on their site and they had just installed a set on a shop car and said the fitment was great. I've had them installed for about 3-4 months with zero issues.

I have the Kooks 1.75" headers. I am running them through the Kooks 3" high flow catted X-Pipe. I had both the headers and the Xpipe JetHot coated in their silver coating. I went with the larger diameter Kooks headers and exhaust because of the supercharger.
Install took myself and a buddy 6 hours in my driveway on jack stands with hand tools. There were no issues at all. They do require removal of the starter and the steering shaft. Steering shaft comes out easily with 3 bolts. It only goes back in one way so no problems. I re-used the original OEM exhaust gaskets which worked great. At the same time I switched to ProThane motor mounts since you have to unbolt the motor mounts anyways.
Performance results after headers: Brent White of Brenspeed is my tuner. The car was originally tuned with stock manifolds and H-pipe to 11.5 air fuel ratio. After I installed the headers Brent re-tuned the car. The air fuel was not off at all. The dyno results showed that I picked up 9 RWHP at peak but 20-25 RWHP all across the band.
Torque output increased by 44 RWTQ peak and also picked up around 20 RWTQ across the band. Amazingly, the headers make increased low end performance also.

The finish on my "chrome" bbk shorties sucks. Scratches all in it from the bending and not really a chrome shine at all. But its hard to complain when i paid $80 for them. The sound changes from shorties was nice too, id love to hear some LTs but the install on shorties wasnt bad (lts probably arent any harder) and the price was great

Kooks and ARH are great products but I didnt want to spend $1500 on headers. I called brenspeed and asked them, the tech told me buy the pypes, they are a copy of kooks and fit/perform perfectly. They were correct. Install was a breeze.....a two day breeze! LOL

Kooks Long Tube Headers (ceramic coated) with High Flow Catted-Pipe.
Great quality, fairly easy install, good fitment and Finish, no leaks, no rust, etc. etc.
Picked up about 25 Hp to the wheels. Still very happy after 2 years......
