Looking at an invoice and noticed it had a MDA Assessment in addition to the FDAF Assessment. It is not on any of the invoices I have seen. What is this MDA Assessment for?

I think this is the correct answer, but am not 100 per cent sure.

The MDA assessment is because of a (Ford Motor) Minority Dealers Association agreement. Instead of dues being paid by the dealers to Ford Motor Company for membership in FMMDA, Ford Motor Company includes an assessment in the invoice for the vehicle.

That could be it. The dealership I purchased my Mustang at is a minority owned dealer.
