My MPG
Just wanted to share, calculated the avg mpg after getting the 2010 v6 with my driving being about 50/50 hwy/town and the mpg were 21mpg.
I assume this is pretty consistent with other stock 2010's?

There are many variables to fuel mileage and you can drive the exact same routes the exact same way and get widely varying results. How many data points have given you that 21 MPG value? Hand calculate it at every fill-up, then average it for the month and then for the year. After about 6 months you'll have a fairly good idea of your mileage.
My g/f's '06 V6 (same engine as yours) gets widely varying mileage. In town with her aggressive driving she gets about 16-18 MPG with lots of stop and go. On the highway she gets about 26-27 MPG which is only about 2-4 MPG more than my GT (but I can eek out a consistent 26 MPG if I can keep it at or below 65 MPH).
Out of curiosity, how far off is your on-board value vs your hand calculated? Most find the on-board to be high by about 2 MPGs.

I don't really know much about the V6's, but with my 4.6 w/ 3.31's 5spd I get roughly 20mpg mixed driving through the week...I also took a road trip and I got 24.7 mpg. This is all calculated at the pump not with on board computer.

Keep on keeping records along with noting what your driving conditions were. After awhile you'll begin to notice patterns and the things that can skew the data.
