Default dumb question?

Will the bullitt wheels off a 2004 gt fit 05-10 gt?

Not a dumb question at all. Welcome to the forum.

For a 17" x 8" wheel, I think that the 2004 has the same bolt pattern (5 x 4.5"), but has different backspacing and offset than the 2005-2009. Not much clue about the 2010, except I don't think a 17" wheel was available on the GT.

I think the stock 2004 has backspacing of 5.72" and offset of +30 mm, while the stock 2005-2009 has backspacing of 6.295" and offset of +45 mm.

I'm not sure of the above, so see if anyone else chimes in.

They'll fit, but the offset difference will cause them to pop out wider than the fender. Some guys actually really like this look, and I agree with them, but it really only works when your car is lowered. When done correctly, it gives the car a great, muscular stance. There's a thread full of pics of this kind of set-up somewhere...

yea. and they look great. i run wheels from a 2004 gt in the winter.
