Looking to buy this Mustang Gt

I wouldn't touch it for anything over $18k, tops and ONLY if it's in cherry condition. I paid $13.5k a year ago for an '06 V6 Pony Package with only 9630 miles on it, showroom condition.
Other than visuals, it looks totally stock.

Too much for what you would be getting. Without knowing the other options it could be a base GT that has been modded. That sales guy is trying to take you for a fool.

way too much. The body looks sharp, but look how ratty that looks under the hood. They should be ashamed to have that car in the show room. They clearly do not care and are trying to make some cash.
Guaranty when that car came in as a trade in, they told the person that the mods make it worth less in trade as they will have to blah blah blah and then low ball the crap out of him. Then they put it up for the price of the cost of one of those cars + all the mods at full value. There grabbing fistfuls of cash at both ends.
As others have said, 18 sounds reasonable for that car, with those mods already done. There going to sell you on the body, but it could be a nightmare under the hood, as whoever had that car clearly only cared about how it looked on the outside, and not about taking care of it under the hood.
If they won't come down to like 19 or less, seriously just walk. You can get a stock GT in the 15 to 16 range and make it your own for less then it will cost to buy someone elses dream.

omg, you have GREAT cars in your area, just searched near the address of J star motors, they are CRAZY over priced. If I were you I would hop on this car, worth way more and looks better IMO:
