Anyone used convertible in parade, need help
I have been asked to haul someone in a parade, and they want to sit up in the backseat. I don't want them to sit on the lowered roof frame.... I put some pressure on it and I don't think it would be a good idea to sit on it (200 lb guy)
Been thinking maybe a beanbag chair might lift him up about halfway, but can't find one. Obviously don't want to use a prop that would damage the rear seats. Could I take the rear seat out for a better / flatter surface, maybe then be about to use some chair or something?
any ideas at all guys would help.....

I took out my backseats when I was installing my chase/sequential lights. It's very easy to do, just a couple tabs under each seat and it gives you room to work with back there. That may be the best way to go...there is no way in hell I would let someone sit on the folded down top.

Hm. Our cars weren't really meant for parades. You could stack up beanbags but there's that center hump in the middle of the seat. One idea would be to find a chair with rails along the bottom rather than legs, so you can just mount it squared on the seat. Only thing is, it'd be pretty wobble, I'd think. Good luck.
