Default car won't crank, theft light on

i was pulling some fuses trying to find out why one of my blinkers goes out every once in awhile, and when i went to start the car it wouldnt turn over. the key remotes still work, the battery is not dead. i noticed the anti theft light blinks very quickly every couple seconds. i tried 2 different keys and tried disconnecting the battery.. any ideaS?

Maybe, the auto theft prevention is engaged. It prevents you from stealing your own car LOL.

I don't have the OM electronically on this computer or I'd look it up. I'm sure it explains why that's happening. My best guess is that the system is not recognizing your keys.

I think thats the problem, it happened to my aunt with her taurus when she torched her apartment and ruined her keys (frying the microchip within the key) it did the same with the keys, when she would try to crank it it would do exactly what the OP is describing.

She had to pay like $250 for 2 keys and a tow to the dealership.
