Me too. It tells me that with this car you could get 40 mpg on 100+ mile trips if you drive 55-60 mph. Pretty darn good for a 3600 lb., 300+ HP American made sports car.

I had a 2006 Cobalt 5 speed and got 34-36 mpg. I was getting 45 mpg one time, when I was traveling on a flat interstate, drafting a tractor-trailer, with a 25 mph tailwind. I do not think the Cobalt could duplicate what the car did in this test. The newer Cobalt with variable valve timing might have a chance.

Yeah but will that Newer Cobalt have 300+ horses under the hood and look as nice as a Mustang? I'm thinking NOT!
