26 years old and you still have a lot to learn about life when young adults your age are starting careers. I just bought my first Mustang last year at 35 years old. You have a 300 HP Mustang with ridiculously low mileage. Why are you complaining again? Just take the time to think that there are people your age in far worse situations then you are. You need to stop thinking about how you are going to get a new 5.0 and start figuring out what to do with your life. Your parents are right. They've pretty much already spoiled you by letting you get a Mustang GT which it doesn't sound like you even deserve.

Btw I read another thread on this site a few days ago about a 16 yr old whos parents might be buying him a 2011 GT for his FIRST car. I mean thats insane for a first car and way too much power.
When I bought my 06 GT in 2008 it was the first almost new car I ever owned and Im now 26.
My first car in 2000 was a POS 1991 Ford Escort that had rust all over it, broken AC, slow and falling apart, then a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird I bought myself a year later and that was a POS then bought a 1982 L82 corvette that wasnt very fast but only 8 grand and I was going to restore it but it just had so many problems and it was a money pit, then I bought in 2002 a 99 mustang GT 35th aniversary edition that had about 38k miles on it and it just started falling apart on stuff out of my control.
This Mustang is the first car Ive never had problems with so far.
I figured Im 26 don't own a house, but at least have a new car.

your 26, still in college, and still live with your parents? how the hell is having a new car anywhere close to being on the top of your to do list? especially since the car you own now is practically new.....

Are you sh!tting me? By 26 I had graduated college on a scholarship, moved from Maryland to Los Angeles, and on to Vegas in the summer of 94. Get a life, and buy your own damn car when you can actually afford rent, insurance, food, etc.
