Default Window tint in Northern VA/DC

Anyone know of a good. tint shop in Northern Virginia or the DC metro area? I'd rather pay more to get it done perfectly so price is not the deciding factor. Also, any things I should worry about when tinting a 2011? I never tinted my 07 because I didn't want to deal with the whole moleskin thing.
Thanks!

What is the moleskin thing? Is that when the tint starts to peel away where the window meets the gasket?

the 05-09s needed basically a felt strip installed in the window seal so you didn't scratch the tint. 2010+ don't have that problem.

I didn't think that in VA you could tint the front side windows, or at least not dark enogh to make any noticable difference.

You can do 50% on the front side windows and 35 on the rear windows and back window. I think most people are doing 35 all around without problems though. People say that 50% is not worth it but when you see one car without any tint and another with 50%, there is a big difference. I'm mostly trying to block some sun as my car is black on black.

Alittle further away, but Dr. Tint is in Hagerstown, MD. They will do whatever percentage tint you want, and I believe it´s lifetime gaurantee...

In Maryland the law is 35 percent on the front windows. I have 35 percent and it looks dark enough. I had darker windows just a few years ago when I lived in Virginia and never had problems passing inspection. If you go 35 percent you should be fine. The tint guys will know the law for Virginia though.

I keep debating tinting my windows if I do it will be 20% not worried about them being legal. I put moled skin on a year ago and never went and got the windows tinted. I used have a good shop in college park but they moves some where in baltimore trying to locate them. Did my deville over 5 years ago and still going strong with 10% all the way around.

I´ve been thinking 15% all around, but unsure. My rears are already tinted, but not sure what percentage. May leave them on since they look fine, tint the sides 15% and see if it looks good. Access situation from there.

I obtained a Dr.´s note
