Default can anyone tell me where the atf dipstick is?

my 29,000 miles r coming up i looked everywhere and i can find the atf dipstick anyone knows

cool thanks for the + feedback, i dont understand why ford wouldnt put a dipstick to check it, there always trying to save money

Ford cheaped out big time. It's unnerving to me that I can't check it easily.

lol I don't know about "cheaped out". Most newer cars have sealed trannies and the fluid is supposedly good till at least 100k. Not sure if I would trust that but at 20k you should be good for sure.

Lol. I think that to ensure that they can make their claim that the fluid is 100K fluid (and this goes with Lexus as well from about 2003+), they needed a way to make sure that ONLY people who know how to service the trans can get access to it. Read that as tamper proof.
