Evolution Performance Tune w/Steeda CAI
I just installed the CAI with the Evolution Performance tune on my 2011 GT and OMG!!! The car will smoke the tires all the way through second and turn side ways going into 3rd and not just bark but spin going into 4th. What's most impressive is how much harder it pulls on the top end. I'm heading to the track this weekend (with drag radials) and will have some numbers for y'all. Thanks Evolution Performance (Fred and Kent).

Re:
I will be sure to post a video along with the timeslip. My original runs with the stock setup were between 13.0 - 13.2 (94 degrees outside, 6-speed, 3.55 gears), so I'm hoping for somewhere close to 12.5 to 12.6. After last nights trial run I don't think that will be a problem. We'll see.

Re:
Forecast is mid 80's. You are right, my best times were in the morning and that's with me still trying to figure out the launch/shifting RPM's. As the day went on my 1/4 mile times got slower with better 60 ft times and 1/8 mile times. So I think the heat played a factor in not being able to bust into 12's.

Re:
Great point, My thinking is that the 10 degree drop in temperature gets me to 12.9 and that the CAI and tune are worth .3 to .4 tenths. I might be off but if feel means anyting, it "feels" much faster. I won't know anything until we get the slip.
