Default please help if u can..thx

hello crazy question. ive had my 05 mustang up to 150mph and thats all it will go i know theres more power but i guess its chipped out or governed out however u want to put it.does anybody know how to get around this or can u get a chip to put in to get the block off at 150mph..thx mike.

what do u suggest i know they have stuff out there but how do u know which one takes the governor off..

any tuner can remove the governer... whats wrong with you? You drive that fast on a daily basis?... 16 yr old kids that jump on a forum to ask a question that any inbred redneck can answer...lol wow....

150 MPH is the approximate top end on our S197's unless you mod. You're hitting the limit due to aerodynamic drag and the power you make, probably NOT a factory speed or rev limit. If the factory speed limit IS being hit, then you need a handheld tuner to raise it. Regardless, you won't be able to go faster without more than stock power.

According to the spreadsheets, my theoretical stock limit without drag is about 210 MPH based on my gears, tire size and tranny. No where in my pea brain do I think I can get near that. Even the FI guys are only hitting the 160-170's.

i hate how everyone stereotypes people speeding as kids..i do like 5 over everywhere except neighborhoods, and 10 over on interstate and im a kid....jerks
