Default Having fuel issue. Need some input please!!

So a little while back I gave my car (2008 gt/cs) some gas leaving a parking lot and all of the sudden my wideband gauge is reading as lean as possible. I stop to take a look and when I get out the car is idling like **** and sounds like there is hardly any fuel getting through. I took it to Ford about a week ago and they told me that the supercharger gasket was bad and was leaking air through so problem solved right? Wrong! I took it out right after I picked it up for a little ride to make sure everything was alright. It seemed ok until i merged on the highway, noticed it didn't feel right so I pulled off the highway and here I am again running as lean as possible while idling while trying to turn around on the highway. This only seems to happen when I go into boost (no matter how much boost) and then idle afterward. This has to be a fuel problem but I'm trying to figure out where. Maybe it's a bad injector? Or maybe a bad O ring or two? I've had this problem before due to morons touching my engine. Anyone got some ideas that could lead me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can try changing your fuel filter for starters.

Any chance boost is blowing off a vacuum line?

Perhaps a torn diaphragm in the fuel pressure regulator. Oh wait, at idle only after boost... hmm. I'm still leaning towards some issue with the regulator.

My car was running like $HIT until I replaced the fuel filter. It was filthy, probably never changed before I got the car

I didn't even think about that bruce. I doubt it's the fuel filter because the car only has 34,000 miles on it and probably only about 6,000 or so with the whipple kit but who knows right? If it was the vacuum line would I smell gas bruce? That's why I've come to believe it's an O ring on one of the injectors.

I doubt you would smell gas if a vacuum line came off, I didn't when it happened to me.

I've had a torn oring before. It made the car almost undriveable. The only way to eliminate it as a cause is to pull the injectors and put new orings on.

Buy a whole set and don't reuse any. You probably already know this but lube them with clean oil before installing them.
