many guys have had small leaks due to lack of proper tightening. did you tighten them in order then re tighten them - the manifold bolts i mean. take some carb cleaner and spray around you should hear the sound change if you find a leak. on the collective we actually have a explorer express section. i moved your thread on the collective to it. when you get to your thread over there just back up one and you will see lots of info on other installs and advice from some of the over 160 kits out there.

between the guys here and over there your get it all sorted out.
I'm assuming you mean the holes that need to be plugged if you don't have the inter-cooled version? If so, it came with them in.

Thanks for the help on the collective, I'll check that section out.

*EDIT* The plug does seem to be going in at a different angle. It looks flatter than the other plugs.

I'm not going to sleep until I have this professionally looked at...

There are a couple of threads with pictures over at the Collective, from last year with the intial install and then the intercooler upgrade and painting the blower.

Just got the car back. It's been a long week, but everything is running good now. I got the new PCV line from Dave yesterday. So, it turns out that the spark plug was the issue. The gap was completely closed, which caused it to misfire. The car is finally running like it should.
