Lol. Generally, and this isn't a slight directed solely at the OP, but people who come on forums asking for the max amount of power they can run, seem to have less experience with powerful cars. This may not be the case here, but I wonder if the OP has been in a 400+hp car to feel what it's like. I say this because often these people may be satisfied with a drastically safer and less expensive power level, but feel this need to go for broke to obtain a power level they have no experience with. The OP is at least ahead of the game in that he's here asking questions.

Over on the Hotrodders.com forum where I moderate, we get people all the time saying they want a 700hp car, but have never really been in one that was a true 400 or 500hp. At lot of these people are young. Heck, when I built my first truck and put a fuel injected Vette motor in it, I was probably making 300hp . . maybe 350. But it sure felt like a 450hp beast and I truly believed it was.

Right on Siggy. Lots of good info here. I just ordered the Roush m90. Couldnt pass up that good deal. With my cams and longtubes I will be near the limit of the stock internals as per Jim Jr at JDM. Sure we all want more power but how much can you afford to spend? New trans, built motor, frustation etc.....

I am going into this knowing if shZit blows up, I am gonna replace it with stronger shzit. If you cant afford to do that, dont go FI IMO. 700 HP is crazy money with all the upgrading that will have to be done.

if you're not racing your vehicle 700hp is pointless...it will either get you in trouble or kill you...not worth it in my opinion but hey if you want it and can get it...go for it, just be safe
